  • 0.9 — Know What You Own

Release 0.9 introduces the Security Details page — a deep, readable coverage view for the securities you hold. Fundamentals, financial statements, earnings, analyst forecasts, and dividend history all in one place, so understanding a holding no longer means leaving FolioCenter.

    What’s new

Security Details coverage page — a dedicated page for each security, bringing research-grade detail right alongside your portfolio:

    • Overview — the key statistics and headline figures that tell you what the company is worth and how it’s valued, at a glance.
    • Readable financial statements — income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, presented to be actually readable rather than a wall of numbers.
    • Earnings — EPS and revenue over time, with valuation history to put the current price in context.
    • Forecasts — analyst targets and expectations for where the security may be headed.
    • Dividends & shareholder returns — dividend history, yield, and how the company returns cash to shareholders.

XTB import — new format — updated to handle XTB’s latest statement format, keeping imports clean and duplicate-free. Usability fixes — another round of refinements across the app.

    Why this matters

You shouldn’t have to jump between a dozen tabs to understand a position you already hold. With the Security Details page, the fundamentals that drive a stock — its financials, earnings trajectory, what analysts expect, and how it treats shareholders — sit right next to your holding. It turns FolioCenter from a place that tracks what you own into one that helps you understand why.

  • 0.8 — Everything You Hold, in One Place

Release 0.8 is our biggest yet. It opens FolioCenter up to more brokers, more instruments, and more precise pricing — so whatever you own and wherever you hold it, it belongs here. This is the release that turns FolioCenter into a true multi-broker, multi-asset home for your portfolio.

    What’s new

    • New broker imports — Trading 212, Degiro, and Interactive Brokers — import statements directly from three more brokers, joining XTB, with the same idempotent, no-duplicates parsing. Re-importing the same statement never creates duplicates.
    • New instrument types — Options, Short positions, Bonds, Crypto, and Futures — go well beyond long stock. FolioCenter now models options, borrowed-stock short positions, bonds and bills, spot crypto, and futures, each with the right cost, valuation, and lifecycle handling.
    • Derivatives performance on notional — see derivative returns measured against notional exposure alongside the existing return-on-margin view, for a fuller picture of how leveraged positions really performed.
    • User-imported securities & price series — track instruments that aren’t covered by our data feeds by adding your own securities and supplying your own price history.
    • Stock split support — splits are recognized and applied so historical shares, prices, and performance stay correct across the split date.
    • Smarter listing resolution by currency — when a security trades on multiple venues, FolioCenter now resolves to the right listing for your currency, keeping valuations and FX consistent.
    • Usability fixes — a broad round of refinements across imports, tables, and everyday workflows.

    Why this matters

Real portfolios are messy: several brokers, many asset types, positions that don’t fit a simple “buy-and-hold stock” mold. Until now, some of that had to live outside FolioCenter. With 0.8, options, shorts, bonds, crypto, and futures are first-class citizens; three more brokers import cleanly; and pricing is sharper thanks to currency-aware listing resolution, stock-split handling, and your own securities and price series for anything off the beaten path. The result is a single, accurate view of everything you hold — with derivatives performance you can finally read two ways.

  • 0.7 — Plan, Classify, Rebalance

Release 0.7 is built around taxonomies and rebalancing — a major step that lets you define how your portfolio should be allocated and steer it back on track. Alongside it, investment plans keep your recurring deposits and investments recorded automatically, so your books stay current without manual entry.

    What’s new

    • Taxonomies & rebalancing — organize your holdings into custom categories (asset classes, regions, sectors, or your own scheme), set target allocations, and see exactly where you’ve drifted. Rebalancing turns that gap into a clear plan for what to buy or sell to get back to your targets.
    • Investment plans — define your recurring deposits into an account or recurring investments into a specific instrument, and FolioCenter records them for you on schedule — so the transactions you make regularly don’t have to be entered by hand every time.

    Why this matters

Long-term results come from a plan you actually stick to. Taxonomies let you describe your intended allocation in your own terms; rebalancing shows you, position by position, how to close the gap between where your portfolio is and where you want it to be. And with investment plans recording your regular contributions automatically, keeping your portfolio up to date — and balanced — stops being a chore you have to repeat by hand.

  • 0.6 — Looking Back, Digging Deeper

Release 0.6 adds historic performance overview so you can see how your portfolio behaved over time, not just where it stands today — and goes deeper on derivatives performance, giving you a clearer read on what your CFD and derivative positions actually contributed.

    What’s new

    • Historic performance overview — track how your returns, value, and risk evolved across past years, with a time-aware view that lets you compare where you were against where you are now.
    • Deeper derivatives insight — richer breakdowns of how your derivative and CFD positions performed, making it easier to see what each contributed to your overall results.

    Why this matters

A single snapshot tells you where you stand; it doesn’t tell you how you got there. With the historic performance overview, you can follow your portfolio’s path over time and put today’s numbers in context. And with deeper derivatives insight, the performance of your most complex positions is no longer a black box — you can see exactly how they’ve been pulling their weight.

  • 0.5 — Funds Without Borders

Release 0.5 reshapes what a fund can hold — spanning multiple accounts and multiple currencies — and brings full derivatives support with CFDs, including their performance. Plus a new XTB importer and a round of analytics and quality-of-life upgrades.

    What’s new

    • Multi-account funds — a single fund can now span positions held across several broker accounts, with holdings and performance rolled up into one consolidated view.
    • Multi-currency funds — hold and report on accounts in more than one currency within the same fund, with values reconciled back to your base currency.
    • Derivatives & CFDs — full support for derivative instruments, including CFD open/close lifecycle, swaps, and derivative dividends — with performance attribution on every derivatives trade.
    • XTB importer — import statements from XTB, including cash operations and CFD activity, with the same idempotent, no-duplicates parsing you already rely on.
    • Historical ticker changes — renames and symbol migrations (e.g. SQ → XYZ) are tracked so historical positions and prices resolve correctly.
    • Account transfers — move cash between deposit accounts as a linked pair, kept neutral to performance so transfers never distort your returns.
    • Performance overview enhancements — the overview now includes volatility figures alongside your return metrics, for a clearer read on risk-adjusted performance.

    Why this matters

Real portfolios don’t fit in one account or one currency, and they’re rarely just long stock. With 0.5, a fund finally models how you actually invest — across brokers, across currencies, and across instrument types, derivatives included. And with derivatives performance, transfer-neutral cash moves, and volatility now in the overview, the numbers you see reflect what really drove your results.

Roll out is live today. Multi-account and multi-currency funds are available immediately; nothing to enable.

  • 0.2 — Currency Exposure Analytics

Release 0.2 introduces currency exposure analytics — a look-through view of every position’s FX risk across your portfolio. Plus quality-of-life upgrades to imports and the holdings table.

    What’s new

    • Currency exposure — stacked bar of base vs. foreign exposure, drill into per-broker contribution and FX P/L attribution.
    • Imports — idempotent parsers for IBKR, Degiro, and XTB; re-importing the same statement no longer creates duplicates.
    • Holdings table — inline editable cost basis with audit trail; weighted-average cost now matches your broker statement to the cent.

    Why this matters

If you hold positions across multiple currencies, your reported return is part underlying performance, part FX move. We now split those so you can see how much of your return came from the asset and how much came from the dollar/euro/sterling moving.

Roll out is live today. Currency exposure is on by default; nothing to enable.
